As some of you may know, I am on a journey to redesign my kitchen. The main point is to better utilize the space in my home. As a second point I would like to take this opportunity to make my kitchen more environmentally friendly. I cook… a lot… and between the materials that we use for the kitchen fixtures and appliances down to the layout and function of the kitchen I would like to incorporate more sustainable concepts.

The best way to ‘know your food’ is to grow it and cook it yourself. You reduce packaging and can use organic concepts from the get go.
